What we have done to make this site usable for everyone, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not an add-on.
What is in place
- Every page is a real URL reached by a real link, so the back button, bookmarks and screen-reader link lists all work.
- A skip-to-content link, one
h1per page and a logical heading order. - Semantic landmarks — header, navigation, main and footer — on every page.
- Every form control has a visible label tied to it, an
autocompletehint where one applies, and inline error messages announced to assistive technology. - Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, and full keyboard operation of the menu, forms and store finder.
- Descriptive alternative text on content images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast, and layouts that reflow to 320 px without horizontal scrolling.
- Animation is limited and respects the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - The site works with JavaScript unavailable; scripting only enhances what already works.
Known gaps
We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit. If you hit a barrier we have not caught, tell us using the details below and we will fix it and publish what changed.
